  • Mel Gibson, dad back church (Pittsburgh Live) Hutton Gibson has been making a three-hour drive each week for the past year from his home in Summersville, W.Va., to rural Westmoreland County, a round trip of more than 300 miles, just to attend Sunday Mass.
  • Nicholas County Man Killed in Accident in Fayette County (WTRF) Black ice may be to blame for the death of a Nicholas County man. Fayette County sheriff's deputies say 33-year old Samuel Hanks of Summersville was killed this morning after the pickup truck he was riding in collided with a tractor trailer.
  • State may outlaw radar cameras (Charleston Daily Mail) Speeders might soon get a reprieve from radar-equipped cameras. A bill outlawing the use of such cameras is before the House Judiciary Committee and would go before the House of Delegates if passed.
