2006 Old Time Music Ozark Heritage Festival

Mark your calendars for June 16-18, 2006 and pack up the family to head down to West Plains, Missouri to take part in the annual Old Time Music Ozark Heritage Festival.  This three day event features some of the most distinctive musics that have its roots in the Ozarks.  It's not bluegrass and it's not country, but it is 100% pure Ozark music that will delight the entire family.

Kentucky Bass Fishing

Kentucky bass (also known as Spotted Bass) select fairly steep banks along the mouths of coves where there is a lot of gravel and occasionally quite a bit of silt, clay, or organic matter. Their spawning habitat extends farther back into coves than most other bass.

17th Annual Ozark Days Festival

If you want to find out more about canoeing, camping, hiking, horseback riding and other Ozarks activities then mark your calendars for the 17th Annual Ozark Day Festival to be held May 4 – May 6 in Eminence, MO on the banks of the Jacks Fork River. This annual festival celebrates the life, culture and heritage of the Ozarks people both past and present.
